Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are (a) legal residents of the United States, and (b) 18 years of age or older. Employees of JK Western, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
- Like the Giveaway post
- Follow @JKBoots and @JKWesternUSA on Instagram.
- Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the designated sweepstakes post.
Reposting the sweepstakes announcement to their Instagram story results in 2 additional entries.
Sweepstakes Period: Begins on December 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 7, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.
Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a pair of JK Western Boots of their choice. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
Selection of Winner: A random draw from all eligible entries will determine the winner. The draw will take place in December 2023. The winner will be notified via phone call within 14 days following the selection.
General Conditions: Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. JK Western reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Decisions of JK Western are final and binding in all respects.
Liability: JK Western is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users, equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or any technical or human error which may occur.
Data Privacy: Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes of the Sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Laws and Regulations: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
